Wedding coordination services are offered exclusively by Kristyn.

So much work goes in to planning you big day, you want to make sure you plan is actually executed!  As a professional day-of wedding coordinator, I take pride in ensuring that your wedding day runs seamlessly, allowing you to fully immerse yourself in the joy and celebration.

On one of the weddings I was photographing, I had a client say to me "you are like a coordinator and photographer built into one". On another occasion I had a venue coordinator thank me for considering timing regarding family photos and conferring with her, telling me that most photographers she had worked with took no thought for such which resulted in missed opportunities and a disruption in flow for the wedding day timeline (resulting in frustration, disappointment, and anxiety from clients). It was after those and some more comments I realized how integrated coordination was in my take on capturing a wedding. It was then I decided to launch my coordination services.

With 6 years in the industry, I have seen my fare share of weddings; many managed smoothly, and a few run quite terribly. It is important to note, my belief and method is that I am coordinating YOUR day. Not what I want your day to look like. If you want a first look- great!  But what if you want a traditional first look down the aisle but then need to find time to fit in family portraits and Bride & Groom formals before dinner? -great too (with proper setting of expectations). I am on-sight day of to ensure you don't have to think about your timeline or organizing people or places. You show up, enjoy and be present. Leave the rest to me!

Duties and Expertise:

As your day-of wedding coordinator,  my duties encompass a wide range of tasks, all aimed at creating a flawless experience for you, your partner, and your guests. From the moment you entrust me with your special day, I take care of the following:

1. Comprehensive Wedding Day Timeline: I meticulously craft a detailed timeline for your wedding day, ensuring that every event, from the ceremony to the reception, flows smoothly and seamlessly. My goal is to create a well-organized schedule that allows you to savor each moment without worrying about logistics. This is completed after extensive discussion(s) with you. 

2. Day of Vendor Coordination: We serve as the central point of contact for all your wedding vendors on the day of. From the caterers to the florists, photographers, and musicians, we ensure that everyone is on the same page, adhering to your vision and timeline. We will make sure everyone arrives by scheduled times and follow up as needed. We will ensure each vendor stays on task during your pre-wedding time and during. 

3. Overview Ceremony and Reception Set-Up: Entrust us with the responsibility of bringing your wedding vision to life. We meticulously oversee the set-up of your ceremony and reception spaces, ensuring that every detail, from the decor to the seating arrangements, reflects your style and preferences. With a keen eye for aesthetics, we create an enchanting ambiance that sets the perfect tone for your wedding day.

4. Problem-Solving and Quick Thinking: Unexpected challenges can arise on your wedding day, but rest assured, we are here to handle them with grace and efficiency. Our ability to think on our feet and find swift solutions allows you to relax and enjoy your day, knowing that any issue will be expertly resolved, discreetly and seamlessly.

5. Bridal Party and Guest Assistance: We understand that your loved ones play an integral role in your wedding day. From assisting the bridal party with their preparations to guiding guests throughout the event, we ensure that everyone feels comfortable and well-informed.
